Hello, I'm Jules
I specialise in hatha, yin and chair yoga to help you feel better - more like yourself!
I first found yoga in 2014 after looking for a less impactful form of exercise following years of pounding the pavements running and developing crunchy knees.
I was absolutely hooked, and trained as a Hot Yoga teacher in 2016, setting up my own community classes and teaching in a local yoga studio.
I left my corporate job and became a full-time teacher in 2018.
I now host weekly community classes in Newbiggin-by-the-sea, Ellington, Ashington, Lynemouth and Widdrington as well as online classes three times a week.
I also host day, weekend and week long retreats (in the UK and overseas) to help you feel like the best version of yourself and to find more joy in life!
