All the colours = joy

Well that's been a welcome bit of warmth and sunshine this week...I hope you were able to get and about a little (or alot?) Things are starting to brighten up, which I love!

I love seeing the yellow daffodils showing off their sunshine smiles... I love seeing the sea sparkling with sunlight when I'm up and walking D on the beach...I love seeing the afternoon sun bathing a bunch of bright tulips in gorgeous light (keep reading to see that image below...) Ah, springtime!

How about joining me on our next Yoga Retreat Morning next Sunday 6th April for hatha yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra and then a lovely natter over a tasty lunch. You could always head to the prom to walk it off after? Maybe the dolphins will be out too... I went for a swim this week and can confirm the sea is still cold!

Oh and it's Mothering Sunday this week too...some thoughts from me below...

Mothering Sunday. A tough one for me. It's not the day itself particularly, its the lead up with all the mention of Moms, Mums and Mams...⁣

My Mom (Brummie for Mum / Mam) died in 2019 - we were very close and I continue to think about her every day.⁣

⁣

Today I want to say a big thank you to all of the wonderful women in my life that make my Mom's absence much easier to bear.⁣

⁣

I miss her a little less because of YOU...your company, your smiles, your wise words, your laughter, your high fives, your cakes, your cuddles, your dancing and prancing, your natters, your cheeky boozy drinks, your knowing looks (and eye rolls), your utter kindness...your love.⁣

I'm so lucky and grateful to have such a fabulous community of beautiful, caring and strong women all around me - close by and far away. So thank you. For everything. (and I know my Mom would thank you too...)⁣
